Raffl.io Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Platform
Raffl.io is a community crowdfunding platform that uses raffle style promotions to help projects raise support. It is not gambling. It does not promote gambling. Participation is voluntary and intended for entertainment and crowdfunding purposes only.
2. No Gambling or Wagering
Raffl.io does not operate betting, lotteries, or casino style games. Contributions are made to support projects. Any prizes are promotional incentives or community appreciation items. No financial returns or profits are offered or implied. If your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits raffles or similar promotions, do not use the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful in your location. Raffl.io may restrict or suspend access where participation may violate local law.
4. Crowdfunding and Refunds
All contributions are voluntary and non refundable unless the specific raffle listing clearly states otherwise. Funds are directed to the project or organizer described in the listing. Organizers are solely responsible for delivering any stated rewards. Raffl.io does not guarantee any organizer performance or outcome.
5. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers must present accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and fulfill stated rewards. Organizers agree that Raffl.io is a technology platform and not a party to their promises to participants.
6. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability
Raffl.io provides software and infrastructure as is. Raffl.io and its affiliates are not liable for losses or claims arising from participation, organizer actions, technical issues, or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
7. Jurisdictional Compliance
Users and organizers are responsible for understanding and complying with their own local laws, including any registration, licensing, or disclosure requirements. Raffl.io does not provide legal advice.
8. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
Nothing on the Platform is investment advice, financial advice, or an offer or solicitation to sell securities. Raffl.io is not an exchange, broker, or financial institution.
9. Digital Assets and Taxes
If a raffle uses digital assets, you are responsible for securing your wallets and private keys. You are responsible for any taxes arising from contributions or rewards.
10. Prohibited Uses
Do not use the Platform for unlawful activities, money laundering, sanctions violations, or to offer prohibited items. Raffl.io may remove listings or suspend access for suspected violations.
11. Dispute Resolution Between Users and Organizers
Disputes between participants and organizers must be resolved by those parties. Raffl.io may provide basic information or tools but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
12. Modifications and Availability
Features, listings, and policies may change without prior notice. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or for legal compliance.
13. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Raffl.io Privacy Policy.
